- New DottedMap component using svg-dotted-map with country centroid markers
- Marker size scales by pageview proportion (brand orange)
- Static country-centroids.ts lookup (~200 ISO codes)
- Remove react-simple-maps, i18n-iso-countries, world-atlas CDN dependency
