- Adds purpose field to report schedule API client
- Adds useAlertSchedules SWR hook
- Reorganizes settings: Reports tab becomes Notifications tab
- Groups existing Reports and new Alerts subsections
- Alert channels reuse report delivery infrastructure (email, Slack, Discord, webhooks)
