Summary

• Add 20 browser logo icons from alrra/browser-logos (SVG + PNG fallback)
• Add 16 OS logo icons from ngeenx/operating-system-logos
• Replace generic Phosphor globe/question icons with branded logos
• Remove unused Phosphor OS icon imports

Test Plan

• next build passes
• Browser icons verified in production dashboard
• All icon files render at correct size (18x18)
